From design through installation, we deliver turnkey helical pile foundations.
We manufacture helical piles in-house using CNC plasma cutting for helical plates and robotic welding (MIG/TIG) for helix-to-shaft attachment. Every pile is quality controlled per ASTM A500 (shafts) and ASTM A36 (plates), with hot-dip galvanizing coordination per ASTM A153. We build custom pile configurations and support both batch and just-in-time production runs.
Our certified operators use torque-monitored equipment ranging from mini to large excavator mounted drive heads. We provide real-time torque monitoring and data logging, same-day load capacity verification, zero vibration with minimal soil disturbance, and all-weather installation capability.
| Equipment | Torque Range | Pile Size |
|---|---|---|
| Mini excavator (3-5T) | 3,000-8,000 ft-lbs | 1.5"-2.875" shaft |
| Midi excavator (8-12T) | 8,000-15,000 ft-lbs | 2.875"-4.5" shaft |
| Large excavator (20T+) | 15,000-40,000 ft-lbs | 4.5"-8.625" shaft |
| Skid steer | 3,000-10,000 ft-lbs | 1.5"-3.5" shaft |
We provide PE-stamped foundation designs with ICC-ES AC358 compliant capacity analysis. Our engineering team handles torque-to-capacity correlation verification, soil investigation coordination, static and dynamic load testing programs per ASTM D1143, and value engineering for cost optimization.
We leverage proprietary pile capacity design software, a web-based project management portal, and real-time installation monitoring dashboards. Our technology stack includes digital QC and inspection reporting, BIM model integration, and an API for engineering firm integration.
