In-House Pile Manufacturing

Q = A × σ

We manufacture helical piles in-house using CNC plasma cutting for helical plates and robotic welding (MIG/TIG) for helix-to-shaft attachment. Every pile is quality controlled per ASTM A500 (shafts) and ASTM A36 (plates), with hot-dip galvanizing coordination per ASTM A153. We build custom pile configurations and support both batch and just-in-time production runs.

  • Robotic MIG/TIG welding for helix-to-shaft attachment
  • Quality control per ASTM A500 and ASTM A36
  • Hot-dip galvanizing per ASTM A153 (75+ year life)
  • Custom configurations for any project requirement

Foundation Engineering & Design

Qu = Kt × T

We provide PE-stamped foundation designs with ICC-ES AC358 compliant capacity analysis. Our engineering team handles torque-to-capacity correlation verification, soil investigation coordination, static and dynamic load testing programs per ASTM D1143, and value engineering for cost optimization.

Installation Process

Step 1

Locate

Survey pile locations per foundation plan.

Step 2

Align

Position drive head, vertical within 2°.

Step 3

Advance

Rotate pile clockwise at 5-25 RPM.

Step 4

Monitor

Track torque continuously.

Step 5

Extend

Add extensions when lead section is at ground level.

Step 6

Terminate

At design torque or depth.

Step 7

Cut

Trim to design elevation (±½″).

Step 8

Cap

Install pile cap or bracket.

Step 9

Document

Record depth, torque, time, location.
